A Sporting Hand offers fitness classes for male and female participants over the age of 16. The aim of our weekly fitness classes is to enjoy being physically active and socialise with others in your local community.

    

Our vision is to provide members of local communities with opportunities to take part in engaging fitness activities in venues they feel comfortable in. We want to help individuals reach their goals whether that be weight loss or simply feeling more confident in their body.

Our instructors are trained and highly experienced in the fitness industry. The venues we use are checked to ensure they meet the high standards expected and provide participants with the confidence to take part.
